The5ers is really a serious propfirm that works with its customers and not against them.
As proof, recently I didn't made a trade during 2 weeks because the market is currently very complicated.
So, I received a mail explaining to me that my account was closed because inactive for 14 days.
This a The5ers's rule I was not aware of.
I explained my disappointment and demanded the reactivation of my account.
They accepted without problem.
Very happy as I was thinking that it was terminated for my Challenge.
Anyway guys, be aware that you need to place 1 trade every 14 days and your account will stay active.
In addition, the support is very reactive and efficient. My last exchanges with Anicee then Emy were really agradable. I think the The5ers is amongst the best in the world of propfirms.
