I used to love the customer support, but lately it's difficult to get a human agent to help with us.
Secondly, I think an improvement will be in order with regards to traders metrix on an ongoing challenge. Being it purchased, trial or competition challenge. I don't want to mention names here but other companies offering same service as TFT has a metrix that tells you what your target is, how much you are permitted to lose on a particular day, how much you made on each trading day, and so on.
I think TFT should find a way traders can receive or make payments via their bank account, e-wallet etc directly, without going through a third party such as deel. It makes life simple for a trader. Thanks
